This cake was ordered by Kev's wife as a big surprise for his 40th. A red velvet cake topped with choc ganache and finished off with handmade fondant decorations. The bride & groom topper are the original from their wedding cake as are the two dogs which represent their pets. Note: One foot in the grave! Lots of FUN!!!

Gorgeous George

I baked this cake for a friend of mine that turned 50. His nickname is "Gorgeous George" so here he is on top of his cake eating a few banana's. It was a 3 layer choc mud cake with a vanilla ganache filling and smoothed in choc ganache.
