This cake was made for an off road enthusiast, we worked with photos of the bike, helmet etc and then added some typical off road hazards like fallen tree trunks, rocks, mud etc

This Cowboy themed cake and cuppies inspired me to host a Cowboy party for my son, he turned 3 on Friday, 21 Jan, so watch this space for the pics of the party!

Halloween

Ok, so I am seriously catching up from last year, as I'm scratching through all my old photo's I am finding more and more I never got a chance to post, note to self: be more organised in 2011!  So here goes some Halloween ones.  As Halloween is not really celebrated in South Africa we used our wine club evening, which we hosted in November, as a good excuse to play with all the fun props available!

Barnyard cake

The Barnyard is a Choc Mud cake covered with Choc ganache and fondant icing. The tractor and cow are plastic toys. The customer was going to use her sons plastic farm animals to complete the theme of this cake. Isn't this cute for a little boy?!
